In this article I will share some information to clarify whether it should be on a diet or just a fad? The weight loss industry would have us pills every day, drinking expensive protein shakes and buying expensive exercise equipment. Both in the game when it comes to influencing the way to lose weight.
I was in and out of most of these regimes. Some worked but soon after completion, of course, I'm back to my normal eating habits.
You see weight loss is not really the issue, keep it!
So I'm here to prove you do not have to spend a ton of money just to meet again at the starting point. I can almost hear you nodding as you read this. But it is the answer to a real success for losing weight and stay in shape?
You see it is not necessary to go on a diet that is "low carb" or "high in protein" or "low fat", as you can not just stick with it for life. I'll try to keep things simple. Finally, you need a habit of eating lifestyle that will help you lose that stubborn belly of the plane to discover the abs you already have.
The best advice I can give is to choose foods with less processing. Food selection as close to their natural state as possible, as this will have the most nutrients and are therefore best for you.
Consider the following:
Protein quality - now if you followed my articles, you now want to realize that I recommend select quality protein to your diet. The benefits of dietary protein take longer for your digestive system to process what you feel full longer and are ideal for building and maintaining lean muscle mass.
- Fiber foods that are high in fiber include fruits, vegetables and unrefined grains. They are an excellent natural substitute for carbohydrate intake. Fiber keeps our intestinal system under control and helps reduce swelling. One of the main reasons why people struggle with body fat is due to the amount of refined sugars in your diet. Low-fat products often contain high levels of sugar in order to start reading those food labels. Aim for 6gm per 100g of sugar moiety as a good indicator of food labels. Fiber helps you feel full and glycemic response of the body also slows down the food you eat.
Healthy Fats - Yes, you heard me! You can eat healthy fats. In fact, many nutritionists strongly recommend that when planning an eating lifestyle as a guarantee to keep your cravings away so you do not feel deprived. There are lots of good healthy fats that you can include in your daily diet. Try nuts, seeds, avocados, eggs, coconut, olive and of course organic meats whenever possible.
Two foods to avoid - they were covered by me in depth elsewhere, but will share briefly the two foods to avoid: artificial trans fatty acids (found in many processed foods) and corn syrup high fructose corn (in the most sweet products).
By establishing a style of eating plan, minimizing processed foods, then you will avoid default these two foods that I recommend to avoid.
If you can take these tips and incorporate them in the foods you eat then you begin to control their sugar levels in the blood levels of the appetite hormone, and more.
Soon you'll start to see those six pack abs sitting there behind that belly fat!
